By accessing or using ScreenMagic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1.2 Service Description

ScreenMagic is an AI-powered tool that generates App Store and Google Play Store screenshots and marketing assets. The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform your app screenshots into professional marketing materials. Results may vary and are subject to the capabilities of the underlying AI technology.

1.3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

1.4 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive app store listings
• Generate content depicting minors or any illegal content
• Impersonate other apps, brands, or entities without authorization
• Create content that violates Apple App Store or Google Play Store guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

1.5 Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all original images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated screenshots created using your uploaded content and may use them for commercial purposes, including app store listings. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

1.6 Payment and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating screenshots. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenMagic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1.8 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

2.1 Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information (email address via Google Sign-In)
• Images and screenshots you upload for processing
• App metadata (app name, description, App Store or Google Play URL)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data (features used, generation history)
• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed)

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process your screenshot generations
• To manage your account and credits
• To communicate service updates and support
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

2.3 Image Data and AI Processing

Images you upload are processed by AI services. Your images are:

• Stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage during processing
• Not used to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Not shared with third parties except as necessary for processing
• Retained until you delete them or your account is terminated

2.4 Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Firebase), AI processing (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (PostHog)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2.5 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication via Firebase Auth, and regular security audits.

2.6 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
